High borosilicate heat-resistant glass is a kind of "cooked glass", the cost is very expensive, fully meet the international environmental protection testing standards. Because of its own heat resistance and resistance to instantaneous temperature difference performance requirements, the use of high borosilicate materials to replace the "raw glass" in a large number of lead, zinc and other harmful heavy metal ions, so its brittleness and weight is far less than the common "raw glass" in life. It is lighter than the "raw glass" which contains a lot of heavy metal ions in weight. It also looks different from ordinary glass in appearance. It is separated from the "raw glass" hard and brittle feeling in vision.

1. Composition of raw materials: high borosilicate glass contains high content of boron trioxide and silicon dioxide. Ordinary glass contains 14% boron and 80% silicon. The silicon content of ordinary flat glass is about 70%. Ordinary glass generally does not add boron, but sometimes it can add up to 1%

2. Glass characteristics: Gaopeng glass has low expansion coefficient, high softening point and good quench and heat resistance. Its coefficient of expansion is about 32 ~ 33 * 10 (- 7), ordinary glass is about 80 ~ 100 * 10 (- 7), and its resistance to rapid cooling and heating is about 200 ~ 300 ℃.

High borosilicate glass is a kind of special glass material with low expansion rate, high temperature resistance, high strength, high hardness, high transmittance and high chemical stability. Because of its excellent performance, it is widely used in solar energy, chemical industry, pharmaceutical packaging, electric light source, process jewelry and other industries. Its good performance has been widely recognized by all walks of life in the world, especially in the field of solar energy. Borosilicate glass has been widely used in Germany, the United States and other developed countries. Its fire resistance and physical strength make it an ideal choice in the laboratory. It is used to make laboratory equipment with high durability such as beakers and test tubes. Glass cookers are another common use, The borosilicate glass measuring cup, with marks on it, can be used for measurement, and is also widely used in American kitchens, The glass can be used for solar collector tubes, chemical instruments, household utensils and high-grade lighting. It is characterized by small coefficient of expansion, not easy to crack under the temperature mutation of 0-200 degrees, acid and alkali resistance, water resistance, corrosion resistance, etc!
